A comprehensive map of career centers, online resources, workshops, ID vouchers, job websites, mobile units, and other services that help people find employment. Housing assessments were included to help the homeless transition back into an apartment while they look for work. In addition, virtually every library has free employment, computer, and financial literacy resources. Many of these programs are designed to help specific demographics like women, veterans, youth, and people with disabilities.
More will be added, and other kinds of employment-related maps are forthcoming.
The Employment Resources Map has been updated. The program descriptions are more user-friendly, flyers have been added to the Dropbox page, videos have been attached, and the maps have improved functionality. It can be accessed by the link below or through the Services page of this website.
